Portal access

The Ascend Rx Performance portal is a private, invitation-only environment for members 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for the accuracy of information you submit. Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect members, the platform, or applicable legal obligations.

Educational and informational use

Portal materials, coaching, consulting, calculators, and communications are provided for general educational and informational purposes and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional regarding medical questions and decisions.

SMS terms

When you voluntarily check the SMS consent box and submit the applicable web form, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Ascend Rx Performance regarding membership applications and account updates, appointment confirmations and scheduling changes, coaching or consulting check-ins, required-document reminders, and account support, where relevant to you. Marketing and shop/order messages are excluded. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of membership or purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape protected content, share another member’s credentials, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features and content may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, internet providers, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
